Nick Gentleman

FOUNDER

An entrepreneur, public speaker, athlete, and trailblazer for the disabled and under-=appreciated communities, Nick Gentleman has seen much success - and failure - in his twenty-three years of life.

A graduate from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Studies, Gentleman built his name in the sports management industry by working as a Player Agent and Family Advisor for Next Level Athletics Group, a firm that hired Gentleman in 2022 to oversee their growth in the agency industry. Gentleman successfully led Next Level over the past four years, seeing multiple clients drafted and playing in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League, becoming a true unicorn in the industry. The vast majority of Agents and Advisors are experienced business leaders, lawyers, and former professional players. Gentleman is non of those things, just a man who followed through on his childhood dream, a man who would not be denied.

Nick is also a semi-professional athlete, competing for team Canada in the Paralympic sport of Goalball. Gentleman was recently awarded support through the Athlete Assistance Program (carding) and is aiming to represent Canada at the 2028 Los Angeles Paralympic Games. Gentleman started playing the sport when he was eleven, and started training with the men’s national team when he was eighteen.

When asked about the lessons he has learned in his business and athletic careers, Gentleman had the following to say. “The lessons that I have learned and benefitted he most from are the failures that I have experienced along the way. Losing the fear of failure and becoming comfortable while being in uncomfortable situations has made me a mental machine that cannot be broken..”

Gentleman followed up by stating the following regarding the reasoning behind starting the Youth Confidence Movement. “Over the years of working with a younger clientele demographic, I have noticed that the kids who often end up having more success than their peers, are the kids that come with a high level of confidence that helps propel them through tough situations. I thought a program like the Youth Confidence Movement, a program designed to support teenagers and young adults how to be confident through experience, community, and accountability, would benefit a large demographic of our youth population. When I started to construct it in 2025, and asked a lot of individuals wh oi trust would give me their honest feedback, they all said that YCM is a drastically needed program. So, after much research into the science of confidence, how it is gained and retained, this in-depth affordable program is finally available to the public.

The small investment that you or your parents will make into the Youth Confidence Program, will lead to massive results in academia, happiness, excitement, and enjoyment.
