YCM’s Eight Week Confidence Program is an immersive, hands-on program built to help youths between the ages of fourteen to eighteen become more confident, self-accountable, and ambitious through an interactive curriculum based around positive technology use, goal setting, becoming comfortable having difficult conversations, holding themselves accountable, building discipline, and losing the fear of failure. The hybrid program featuring eight in-person sessions at King’s College, and eight sessions online delivered via Zoom will give participants to interact with and benefit from the experiences of Nick as a disabled business owner who has had to overcome many struggles at a young age, as well as have the opportunity to book one-on-one meetings with Nick for increased support, hear from a diverse cast of guest speakers, and potentially land employment and volunteer opportunities following the completion of the program.
